I do not sell from home as i do not have a shop but anyone who has bought from me on the internet is welcome to call and collect but please telephone first.
Trade orders are welcome please contact me for very competative prices.
I do not sell to traders who want to list my items on Ebay
Please remember that most of my items are hand made and it is not always possible to make identical items although i do try. Also the sizes stated are approximate for the same reason; if you order more than 1 of a particular item i will try my best to make sure that they match. I always take great care in packing your goods and do not intentionally make profit from the postage. For your peace of mind you can pay for the item to be recorded for carriage in the UK or for Airsure overseas please look at the Royal Mail website for their current prices for these services.
1.If an item is damaged in the post you must retain the original packaging as the post office may ask to see this when you make a claim from them for damages. I obtain a certificate of posting for each packet that is left with my local post office and i can send you this to assist you in your claim with the postal carrier if your item goes missing.
2.Email us first for instructions we will try to help and reach an understanding with you, we will probably ask for a picture
3.If you are not satisfied with an item please carry out step 2: Once we receive a return we will inspect the item and will refund or replace, as per your request. If the item has suffered damage whilst in the care of the buyer or during its journey back it will be returned at the buyers cost. We ask you to take as much care returning it as we took sending it.
